Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Products must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging.
- Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable, unless defective.
2. Initiating a Return

3. Approval & Instructions
- Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and instructions on where to send your package.
- Please ensure the RA# is clearly marked on the outside of your return package.

- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Use a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery. Refined SA is not responsible for lost or delayed returns.
5. Inspection & Refund Processing
- Once received, your return will be inspected within 3-5 business days.
- If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
6. Exchanges
- For exchanges, please follow the same return process and place a new order for the desired item.
